The Milliel Foundation's mission is to optimize financial resources to improve the quality of education and health in the world. In a first analysis, this project is being thought to be established in Cesar, Oliveira de Azemeis, Aveiro, Portugal. First, buy a house with land to set up an agricultural school. To promote health and education, in the first place, start with sustainable agriculture. Second, promote bee breeding. Fourth, begin hiring teachers to lower the student-to-teacher ratio in local schools. Fifth, hire primary health doctors and nurses to lower the ratio of doctors to inhabitants. Six, contribute to globalization, with language teaching. Seven, produce healthy food to feed schools. Eight, create the local market for sales of fresh products to the community. Nine, buy farmland to promote organic farming. Ten, find strategic partnerships to develop these projects, and broaden the scope to involve all local activities.
